Auscoat Webbing is the only Australian Made and Certified PVC webbing and weldable webbing manufacturer.

With over 30 years in the industry, Auscoat has perfected the art of PVC coating webbing and weldable webbing using a specialised technique that produces stronger and more durable webbing, and out technique is not used anywhere else in the world.  It is a family owned and operated manufacturing business located in Cardiff, New South Wales.

Auscoat manufactures on-site, high quality, flexible PVC webbing in various sizes with UV protection, ranging from 12mm-63mm wide.  Auscoat has a vibrant colour range of 16 colours and has the ability to produce additional customised colours.

We also manufacture durable weldable webbing on-site, in widths that range from 12mm-63mm. Weldable webbing can be produced in natural, white or other colours to suit client needs.

Our PVC webbing and weldable webbing products are currently being used across various industries such as transport, healthcare, marine, mining, sailing, tent, swag and tarpaulin manufacturing, equine, pet, racing and hunting.

Auscoat has the capability to make customised products using our PVC and weldable webbing products.  With industrial sewing machines, punching and pressing machines on site and a comprehensive range of hardware in stock (nickel, aluminium, stainless steel and brass buckles & fittings), the Auscoat team works with clients to design high quality customised products tailored to their operational needs.
