Our team has perfected a proprietary manufacturing technique —exclusive to Auscoat— that results in products with exceptional strength, UV protection, abrasion resistant and flexibility, which exceeds the expectations of commercial, industrial and defence clients.

Our PVC Coated Webbing is used across a wide range of industries such as Defence & Military Gear, Marine, Sailing & Boating Equipment, Tent, Swag and Tarpaulin Manufacturing, Canvas, Shade Cloths, Equine and Pet Products, Construction, Transport, Tie-Down Solutions and Healthcare Sectors, available in widths from 12mm to 63mm and 16 standard colours (with custom colour matching available).

Our Weldable Webbing is uniquely engineered for Hot Air and High Frequency Welding applications for on-site fabrication, where speed and strength are crucial, main colours available are black and white, in widths 25mm and 50mm (with custom widths and colour matching available).

Beyond raw materials, Auscoat Webbing offers custom product development services, backed by in-house industrial sewing, punching, and pressing capabilities. Our team works with clients to design high-quality customised products tailored to their operational needs.

We maintain a comprehensive stock of hardware including stainless steel, nickel and brass, enabling rapid prototyping and production of fit-for-purpose webbing-based solutions.
