The Kemppi X5 FastMig industrial welding range delivers outstanding productivity
The X5 FastMig multi-process welding system for MIG, DC TIG and stick welding (MMA) as well as gouging, has been designed specifically for steel, stainless steel and aluminium welding.

A high-performing machine, the X5 FastMig features the latest in ignition technology – Touch Sense Ignition – as standard. When combined with WiseSteel software, it delivers precise ignition capability and stable arc control.

Designed to be hassle-free, the X5 can be quickly set up thanks to Weld Assist. It is also very easy to operate, and is equipped with memory channels to customise and save personal settings.

The ergonomically-designed top-loading wire feeder helps improve occupational safety. Also, the wire feeder can be hung up and adjusted to multiple different angles for quick and easy access, even in a dual setup.

Power sources are available in 400 A and 500 A, and the modular nature of the X5 FastMig and range of excellent accessories, including the SuperSnake GTX sub-feeding system for hard-to-reach welding environments, means that welders can build the assembly that best suits their needs.

The X5 FastMig is also industry 4.0 ready when combined with Kemppi’s optional WeldEye ArcVision. This digital, cloud-based solution collects welding parameters, arc-on time and filler material consumption. It lets users monitor welding activity in real-time to ensure that welding procedure specifications are accurately followed to help boost productivity.

The Kemppi Master T – the master of TIG welding
The new Kemppi Master T series sets the benchmark for weld quality, usability and energy efficiency in professional AC DC TIG welding.

Designed for welders that demand precision, the Master T combines advanced welding performance with durability and ergonomics to excel in any application.

Key features of the Master T include Weld Assist for fast set-up, double-pulse, MicroTack, Optima AC, 99 memory channels, and auto pulse.

The Master T ACDC models also include two innovative features: WeldClean and DeMagnetisation. WeldClean cleans welds without requiring additional equipment. DeMagnetisation mode eliminates remnant magnetic fields within a workpiece to prevent arc deflection, improve weld quality and minimise rework.

Available in power variants up to 500 A, the modular design of the Master T also lets welders choose the specifications that best suits their needs, including alternative wireless remote controls and transport cart options.

Designed for versatility, the Minarc M 223 supports a wide range of filler materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, CuSi brazing wires, plus cored and gasless fillers, from 0.6mm to 1.2mm.

For users requiring enhanced welding performance, the Minarc M 223P adds pulse welding capability, a Euro connector and compatibility with an optional cooling unit, which is ideal for fabrication environments where consistency and the finished quality are non-negotiable.
