WorkSec is an Australian-owned, DISP-accredited personnel security firm that builds and governs Trusted Workforces for Defence, government, and industry. Trusted Workforce
WorkSec’s Trusted Workforce program underpins its service offering, enabling organisations to access and maintain a reliable, security-cleared workforce across Baseline, NV1, and NV2 levels.

Employment Suitability Checks (ESC)
WorkSec delivers employment suitability assessments aligned with PSPF requirements and AS4811:2022, supporting informed hiring decisions for roles requiring trust and access to sensitive environments.

These checks include identity and citizenship validation, employment and background verification, referee assessments, and other due diligence activities. Outputs provide clear risk insights and practical guidance, enabling organisations to make confident, compliant workforce decisions.

Security Officer as a Service (SOaaS)
WorkSec’s Security Officer as a Service model provides organisations with access to specialist personnel security expertise without the need for an internal function.

This includes onboarding support, clearance lifecycle management, compliance reporting, and governance oversight aligned with DISP and PSPF requirements. Delivered through structured workflows and a “no gap in service” model, SOaaS enables organisations to maintain continuous compliance while focusing on core operations.

Security Clearance Sponsorship
As a DISP member at Level 3 Personnel and Governance, WorkSec provides end-to-end security clearance sponsorship across Baseline, NV1, and NV2 levels.

Services include application management, transfers, upgrades, and ongoing governance of clearance obligations. WorkSec supports organisations and individuals to meet AGSVA requirements through proactive monitoring, guidance, and reporting, ensuring clearances remain valid, compliant, and operationally effective over time.
