We provide complete end-to-end solutions for our customers, our services include product design, rapid process prototyping, product development, materials development, short and long run custom manufacturing with full project management including kitting and budget control as well as international distribution and logistics.

Our broad range of foam materials include our high quality Neofoam EVA,PE, EPE, CR, NBR, LC and EPDM foams, our exceptionally versatile Neolon XPE, exclusive Zotefoams Azote foams and Whisper Acoustic Panels all available in multiple densities and colours to suit most aerospace, defence, conservation, health and medical, electronic, construction, HVAC, marine, mining, transport, environment or industrial applications.

Our high quality, precision and fit-for-purpose product range includes chemical resistant tool control and case inserts, anti-static and protective packaging, CE certified fire-retardant insulation, EN accredited acoustic insulation, NATA accredited commercial marine buoyancy, TMR certified construction expansion joints and bridge foams available with and without our trademarked Stickyback as well as latex-free, non-toxic, hypoallergenic X-ray, CT and MRI lucent medical device packaging and products.
