ADCG was one of the first accredited Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) companies and facilitates the sponsorship and through-life governance and management of Australian Government and Defence Security Clearances at Baseline, NV1 and NV2 level for thousands of individuals and organisations who have outsourced this complex requirement to the experts.

Security Clearance Sponsorship
ADCG facilitates Security Clearance applications to AGSVA and sponsors candidates at Baseline, NV1 and NV2 levels. Our team of dedicated Security Officers provide support to candidates to mentor them through this sometimes-complex process. With well-established processes, procedures, and protocols and backed by significant subject matter expertise, we assist candidates to submit their Security Clearance applications with minimal error and in the shortest possible time. ADCG provides that critical through-life sponsorship and governance required by our clients to maintain tour security clearance including AGSVA updates, Change of Circumstances Compliance reporting, Overseas Travel support, Transfers, Upgrades, Downgrades and Training courses.

DISP Accreditation Support
ADCG, through its alliance network, assists Industry with their application for the Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) accreditation and ongoing governance support through the provision of experienced consultants across all four DISP components: Governance; Personnel; Physical; Information & Cyber. ADCG is an accredited DISP organisation with accreditation at Level 3. ADCG through its alliance partners can assist with simplifying the DISP and its ongoing governance requirements. We go beyond DISP to ensure that your business has a “holistic business security solution” that is fit for purpose to meet the challenges that Australian Industry face in these increasingly uncertain times. Consultancy Services - Nuclear
ADCG’s Nuclear Consultancy Group provides unmatched expertise in the nuclear-powered ecosystem to assist Australian stakeholders in delivering on AUKUS and developing Australia’s Nuclear-Powered Submarine Program. The NCG provides access to talent with expertise across the U.S. and U.K. nuclear ecosystems. From Nuclear Powered Submarine masterclasses to advice on how to prepare for the nuclear supply chain via the ISO 91443 quality management system, ADCG assists organisations to be AUKUS Ready. 

A signature initiative of the NCG is its Nuclear-Powered Submarine Masterclasses with two on offer now with more to follow:

Masterclass 101
course aims to provide enough information for attendees to return to their workplace with an enhanced understanding of nuclear powered submarines, what topics to be aware of, and what questions to start asking about. It explains how to better prepare yourself for the introduction of Australian nuclear-powered submarines.

Masterclass 102 delivers a deeper dive into the supporting ecosystem. It provides you with a better understanding of nuclear-powered submarines and how building, operating, and sustaining them will be integrated into an Australian context.

Filling critical capability gaps in nuclear and submarine expertise will serve as a catalyst for AUKUS and lay the foundation for the highly skilled Australian workforce needed to meet the challenges of the contemporary and future security environment. The Nuclear Consultancy Group will accelerate the development of an Australian nuclear powered submarine program, reduce risk and assist Australia in meeting the Sovereign Ready milestone and staying on the Optimal Pathway to Nuclear Stewardship.
