SADI funding initiative for defence industry now open for nominations

Five million dollars' worth of funding is now available to help boost the essential skills of workers in the defence industry sector.

The Minister for Defence, Kevin Andrews, announced the latest round of the Skilling Australia’s Defence Industry (SADI) initiative today . Mr Andrews encouraged companies to take advantage of this opportunity to continue to boost Australia’s defence industry skills base.

The SADI Programme works toward increasing the number of qualified engineers, technicians, tradespeople and project managers in defence industry.
