Rowlands Metalworks was established in 1956 and has grown to be one of Australia's finest and fastest-growing manufacturers of sheet metal products. We employ 110 employees and have 6,289 sq/m of floor space across our four factory sites. We invest in the latest CAD/CAM equipment and industry 4.0 technology and practices. 

Our Capabilities include:

• 3D solid modelling capability using state-of-the-art software
• Combination Laser/Turret punch and Turret machines with auto-load and unload capability for metals up to 6.0mm in thickness. It can run unmanned.
• Multi-dimensional brake press/metal folding CAD/CAM machines.
• MIG and TIG welding capability with mild steel, aluminium, and stainless steel.
• We can swiftly transition between prototyping and the production of large volume fabrication due to our fully automated machinery.
• Interface logistics for exporting products.
• We provide Industrial Design and Project Management services from concept to product delivery. We also provide product support.
• Proven ability to achieve tight product development timelines when required. 

In 2021, Defence Coating Systems became part of the Rowlands Metalworks Group of Companies and added painting, powder coating and finishing services to our capabilities. As a result, Rowlands Metalworks is now a complete turnkey manufacturer of quality metal products.
