Quick Release (QR_) is the Australian branch in charge of the development and management of local capabilities for the Alten Group in Australia. QR_ has been in existence in Australia since 2018 and has expanded its team size to 30 Engineers in Sydney (Administrative Office), Brisbane and Melbourne (Engineering locations).

QR_ has preapproval on the working capital required to grow the engineering services delivery team in 2021, with an objective to support additional activities in Adelaide and Perth.

The strategy within the Alten GROUP and QR_ is to develop capabilities, ensure skills development and staff retention by:

               o     Recruiting permanent employees
               o     Organizing the international mobility of Alten consultants relocating from other countries
               o     Following the consultants' careers on a regular basis to strengthen their sense of belonging.
               o     Helping the consultants grow with a dedicated career path and specific training.
