Innovec Controls is a designer and manufacturer of precision, custom equipment for LED safety lighting for Rail and Tram applications, liquid flow and level measurement controls, additive injection controllers, liquid fuel blending, fuel transfer controllers for storage tanks, and digital fuel gauges for CNG vehicles.

The company is a leading, established Australian-based designer and manufacturer of reliable and user-friendly, precision equipment to Australian and multinational companies and government authorities that includes process control, batching and flow measurement equipment, liquid and fuel blending and transfer controllers, digital fuel gauges and LED safety lighting for public transport.

Innovec was established to supply the process control instrument market and introduced a range of liquid transfer equipment, the IAI Additive injector, the IPT Flow totaliser with integrated printer, and the IBL, IBS and IBLWP batch controllers to accurately measure and batch liquid and chemical volumes.

The company developed a suite of cost-effective and reliable, long-life LED safety lighting products for railways and transport, such as: LED safety lighting for projects in trains and trams, including the LEDMLV and LEDMLD 'Marker' lights which are used across a broad range of industries in Australia, North America, Scandinavia and Asia and have a proven record in harsh environments.

Innovec Digital Fuel Gauges and Fuel Interlock Safety Systems were designed for passenger buses used by government authorities and private fleets and provide efficient daily operation for transport vehicles without refuelling stoppages. Innovec Fuel Gauges include a digital display and alarm functions to warn of low fuel levels.

Innovec Controls is also finding success in high performance, cost-effective product solutions for chemical and fuel dispensing from mobile vehicles. Truck liquid flow control and non-contact level measurement includes: Innovec's Totalising Systems with Bluetooth communication with their own App and the ILS Level Control Systems for chemical and fuel tank measurement giving the correct height via non-contact measurement, provide refill alarms, the tank contents temperature and reporting to an internet dashboard.

The IA6 Additive Injection Controller with galvanically isolated inputs and outputs is specifically designed for distributors and fuel companies’ storage tank facilities to provide accurate, reliable, safe, and easy to operate, cost-effective mixing and blending of fuel additives and liquids, helped by simplified programming. Models can be supplied in IECEX and ATEX-approved explosion proof housing or IP66 weatherproof plastic enclosures. Innovec Controls works with the petroleum industry to provide these specialised solutions and has ILTA membership.

All products are designed, manufactured and tested in Australia to international standards, with many products carrying the CE mark, providing reliability and performance that military applications demand.
