Founded in 1985, Innovative Composites is one of Australia’s leading sovereign composite manufacturers. Formerly operating as Impact Bathroom Industries, the business was acquired with a vision to preserve Australian manufacturing while expanding into advanced manufacturing capabilities.

This transformation led to the rebrand as Innovative Composites, reflecting our commitment to innovation, sovereign capability and manufacturing excellence.

Today, Innovative Composites operates one of Australia’s most advanced composite manufacturing facilities and is home to the largest CNC and 3D printing machine in the Southern Hemisphere.

Our additive manufacturing capabilities enable the production of large-scale patterns, plugs, carbon fibre tooling, moulds and prototyping solutions up to 22 metres in length, 5 metres in width and 1.8 metres in height.

For projects exceeding these dimensions, we manufacture precision-engineered sectional components that maximise part size while minimising joins, providing customers with greater design flexibility and manufacturing efficiency.

We specialise in the development and manufacture of high performance composite products, including lightweight aircraft components, structural fibreglass and carbon fibre assemblies, and prepreg products for all applications.

Our extensive manufacturing expertise includes prepreg carbon fibre, resin infusion and hand lamination, supported by advanced CNC machining, tooling, pattern making and additive manufacturing.
