TEFROKA Flooring applications have been Class Approved and installed throughout ANZAC Vessels, achieving significant weight savings through removal of old flooring systems. In a single 36m² compartment, Echo Marine Group were able to achieve over a 1 tonne weight saving for our Client.
ALUMINIUM
Echo Marine Group has a full range of Aluminium skillsets to suit even the most discerning of demands.
Complex shape fabrication can be achieved easily with our CNC router cutting ability and our skilled in-house team, which have intricate hull forming experience.
All Welding complies with DNV-GL,LR Certification, with our welders achieving high quality welds in all positions quickly and efficiently.
STEEL
Echo Marine Group has a full range of Steel Fabrication and Welding skillsets for most applications required today.
All Welding exceeds AS1554 at AWS D1.1 with DNV-GL,LR and ABS Certification.
Our welders are proficient in achieving all positions with exceptional quality and a high level of efficiency.
MECHANICAL INSTALLATION
Echo Marine Group is the one-stop-shop for all your vessel engineering requirements.
Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems, HVAC, Hotel Services and Fuel Oil systems can be produced and installed by our specialised team allowing improvements whilst reducing costs.
ELECTRICAL
Echo Marine Group Electrical team is capable of designing and commissioning electrical systems to any Class/Flag requirements.
Our dedicated team of experienced designers/draftsman and marine electricians are capable of delivering any project, however complex.
Echo Marine Group also provide a proprietary, fully customizable ‘Echo Watch’ vessel Control and Monitoring systems and software to new and existing vessels.
CNC MACHINING
CNC machining provides infinite possibilities as to the part sizes and shapes you can effectively process.
Echo Marine Group can machine a range of products into complex, contoured surfaces such as those seen in mould making and aerospace applications.
Driven by state-of-the-art CAM software, our capabilities are almost limitless. Our CNC precision machining capabilities allow us to produce a wide variety of precision components to meet your specifications while adhering to tight deadlines.
FACILITIES
Echo Marine Group operates purpose-built shipbuilding fabrication facilities and workshops totalling 6500m², including 80m and 103m long fabrication halls, each with two 10 tonne remote gantry cranes.
These waterfront facilities include a dedicated client representative’s office, secure vessel specific storage areas and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the facility. 103m and 80m shipbuilding halls are supported by Design and Project offices, 5 axis CNC machining, Engineering, Electrical and Fitout workshops.
Echo Marine Group has a full complement of state-of-the-art plant and machinery for the purpose of custom ship building, refit and maintenance.
