The company's product range comprises over 30,000 different products. These cover load capacities from 25 to 50,000 kilograms, while special solutions can even handle loads of up to 170 tons. ‘Made by Blickle’ stands not only for the highest quality, but also for flexibility and tailor-made solutions developed in collaboration with customers.

Around 900 of the total workforce of 1,300 employees work at the headquarters in Rosenfeld. This is where Blickle's heart beats, with production taking place on a floor space of around 125,000 square meters.

Research, development and production: everything from a single source
One of Blickle's outstanding strengths is its high level of vertical integration. Blickle develops and produces almost all components for its wheels and castors in-house.

The company's own tool and machine shop enables tools and systems to be developed efficiently and cost-effectively, while steel processing with modern presses is designed for high volumes. Precise welding, either manual or automated, ensures the stability of the castors. Blickle continuously develops and optimizes high-performance polyurethanes to improve quality, rolling resistance, elasticity and load capacity.

Plastic injection molding is also specialized in a wide range of variants and offers innovative solutions for heat-resistant, conductive or glass fiber-reinforced products. This innovative strength, coupled with flexible production, enables both efficient large-scale production and cost-effective small batches.

Blickle relies on comprehensive quality management, which has been certified according to DIN ISO 9001 since 1994. State-of-the-art testing procedures and an integrated environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001 ensure that both the products and the manufacturing processes meet the highest standards. This is complemented by an energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001, which minimizes energy consumption and reduces CO₂ emissions.

It's simple and effective – the ErgoMove operating concepts:
A central element of the operation is the ergonomically designed cockpit, which brings all the important functions together. The specially developed software ensures finely adjustable drive control, which is particularly advantageous when moving sensitive goods such as liquids or bulk materials.

Safety is also a top priority at ErgoMove. The system meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 3691-5 for pedestrian-operated industrial trucks and offers a comprehensive safety concept.

Drive technology – efficiency meets performance:
At the heart of ErgoMove is its powerful drive technology. The brushless DC motors are available in various performance classes and ensure high energy efficiency and a long service life. These motors drive load-bearing fixed castors equipped with Videlite® premium treads. This combination ensures optimum traction and smooth running, even on demanding surfaces.

The motors offer thrust forces from 15 to 110 daN, providing the right power for every application. In towing operation, the energy generated during braking can be recovered and stored in the batteries. This makes ErgoMove not only powerful, but also sustainable.
