We have two aims for growth in the Australia / New Zealand region:

1. Maturing the flight SVS market with Treality products and services in the acquisition and deployment stages with both new and tech refresh/es of simulation visual systems.
2. Become the trusted and preferred local specialised service centre for the ILS multi-year support; and supplier of specialists’ resources for vendor neutral  SVS (new and upgrade/s) deployments in the flight SVS industry.

We understand the flight simulation business; the long-term stage/s, vital in keeping the visuals systems at their fidelity finest during operational mode; and the important milestone/s scheduling of the deployment stage, upgrade cycle/s programs, operational visual compliance, and mitigating the risk of the visual vendor end-of-support of their products.

Axiom’s Edge maintains a TREALITY@SVS authorised local service centre in Melbourne, VIC where we stock spares and offer ILS support options on all simulation visual systems (vendor neutral).

Our service centre is certified and authorise to perform optical services and repairs with the listed vendors simulation projectors:

• Norxe – sole service centre in AU/NZ
• JVC – sole service centre in AU/NZ
• Barco – sole service centre in AU/NZ permitted outside Barco AU.

We currently provide for our client’s, long term service agreements, where spare parts are exclusively stored at our service centre. This enables us to perform standard and express TAT that complies to our client’s needs.

Optical services for projectors
Whether an optical clean / realignment or a complete optical system refurbishment / realigned. This  can be scheduled for multiple projectors or single projector cycle. This enables our clients to effective plan as their projector’s output display begin degrading.

We are supporting simulator visual systems throughout the RAAF. Army bases in Australia and New Zealand. Our existing client base includes CAE, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Thales , DSTO and RNZAF on their simulation programs.

TREALITY additionally offers Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services
TREALITY® Simulation Visual Systems provides superior maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) support to address projector upgrades (including mechanical redesign and auto alignment), reskinning Mylar film mirrors, and upgrading back projection screens.

TREALITY® Simulation Visual Systems manages the entire life cycle of the system display from design to aftermarket and is always mindful of important total cost of ownership issues facing our customers and end users.

As additional services, TREALITY® Simulation Visual Systems can manage and provide periodical obsolescence status reports for specific product platforms or system configurations.

Such reports provide a clear and detailed view on the serviceability and support horizon for your visual displays. It provides information as to Last Time Buy decisions for spare parts, consumables and guidance to overhaul and replacement decision.
