Allship Engineering is a medium sized enterprise organisation working in a supply chain with larger Defence and marine industry companies. Allship maintains contractual relationships with repair agents throughout Australia and abroad in the manufacturing, installation, and repair of Defence parts and components.
Allship prides itself on being a trusted partner of Government, and an employer of over 25% Australian Defence Force veterans. This enables Allship Engineering to harness the extensive range of skills, qualifications, and experience critical to Defence Industries.
Allship provides mechanical fitting, rigging, insulation, import and export services, as well as a variety of other relevant services through a network of sovereign Subcontractors.
Origins
Established in 2016 by Andrew Neaves and Chris Demos (Managing Directors), Allship Engineering is proudly 100% Australian owned. Since those humble beginnings, Allship has rapidly grown into a repair agent of choice to multiple Defence Projects and Prime Contractors and employs over 60 personnel with offices in key Regional Maintenance Centres – Tempe, New South Wales and Henderson, Western Australia.

Allship Engineering has created and maintains key relationships with repair agents, manufacturers, OEM’s and logistics providers throughout Australia in key locations to support Clients in need of repair in these regions. Allship is a proud contributor to sustainment activities under the Warship Asset Management Agreement (WAMA), LHD Asset Class Prime Contractor (ACPC), Auxiliary Oiler Replenishments (AOR) and Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV) projects. Allship staff maintain Defence clearances and to access Defence precincts and sites to optimise the availability and response of short-notice repairs.
