Description
This course is a unique opportunity to spend the day working through various business cases related to the management of export-controlled technology with fellow members of the Australian defence industry. It has been developed with the seasoned practitioner in mind and will cover common issues faced by Australian industry when handling ITAR and EAR controlled technology.
The one-day workshop will not be limited to basic information about export controls; our exercises and discussions aim to provide a solid foundation for the ability to manage common scenarios when working with the Commonwealth, Primes and SMEs in managing ITAR and EAR controlled technology.
In addition to the technical presentation and group exercises, attendees will have the opportunity to network with fellow practitioners and ask questions related to their business issues throughout the day.
