The next AEWG will be held at the National Convention Centre (NCC) in Canberra on Monday 19 March 2018—just prior to the 2018 Air Power Conference.
Key themes for this year’s AEWG are: the Capability Life Cycle (CLC) two years on, Industry as a Fundamental Input to Capability (FIC), Defence Innovation implementation, Aerospace program gaps and opportunities (Unclassified), Smart Buyer update and the new Jericho focus. The 2018 AEWG agenda has been uploaded on our associated Govdex site http://www.govdex.gov.au.
The AEWG is open to all interested representatives of small-to-medium enterprises and large corporations, both within Australia and abroad. Defence maintains a virtual community hosted on Govdex, which is the primary source of information for upcoming events and aims to facilitate increased communication between aerospace representatives from Defence and industry.
